A sustainable solution recognized with a 2025 AITEX Award

At Jover Textiles, we have received a 2025 AITEX Business Award in the Innovation and Sustainability category for the implementation of our electrostatic filtering and thermal recovery system in the finishing plant.

The project

The aim of the project was to eliminate the smoke generated during the finishing processes while recovering the thermal energy contained in that air for reuse in other production stages. The system combines a textile pre-filter, an air-to-air heat exchanger, an air-to-water heat exchanger, and an electrostatic filter that purify and optimize the airflow before it is released.

Thanks to this set of technologies, we have completely eliminated smoke from our chimney and significantly reduced energy consumption, improving the overall efficiency of the plant.

Why it matters

For us, sustainability is an ongoing journey. Integrating solutions that reduce emissions and optimize resources reflects our approach to the textile industry: applied innovation, responsibility, and a clear vision focused on the future.

A recognition for the team

The award is also a recognition of the joint effort of all departments. This project continues the legacy established by our founder, Francisco Jover, and reinforces an industrial approach based on continuous improvement.
