DIGITALIZA-CV -IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE COMPANY´S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM -

FRANCISCO JOVER, S.A. Through the financial support of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) through the DIGITALIZA-CV Program, it has obtained the following grant for the digitization project that it has carried out and that has also had the support of the European Union for having been selected the project in PO FEDER of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.

To make production more flexible and offer a personalized quality product, without mistakes and with short lead times, the company has been provided with the necessary means to be able to manage information accurately and in real time, both in commercial aspects, to manage demands, such as in production, to be able to execute prototypes and orders in the factory, as in quality control. Specifically, the implementation of a new ERP quality control module that the company already has, along with a monitoring module to optimize ERP processes, has been carried out. In addition, updating the software has ensured the stability and reliability of the computer system.

On the other hand, in terms of improving coordination between warehouses and the commercial department, the following actions have been carried out: Implementation of an operational module for warehouse and inventory control, automation of the system of physical locations of the final product in finished product / footage warehouse, improved customer service through the development of the virtual product catalogue, improvement of the virtual decorator already implemented through the implementation of multiple 3D views and implementation of a management module for the JoverDecó and Ka Decó unit products.

FRANCISCO JOVER, S.A. has been significantly improved the management of the company's processes, generating new business proposals through the different sales channels and brands, and the quality of the information transmitted to the customer has improved significantly and with them improved quality from service.
